Today, I got this picky eater to help me make (and eat) some yummy oatmeal squares. I told her we were making “Princess Cookies.” Notice her cheesy smile? She told me to add blueberries to the mix. Who knew she had more Betty Crocker in her than I do? 🙁 She must get that from her father.
Here’s the recipe:
2 mashed bananas
1 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon or so of cinnamon
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter ( I used JIF Natural)
1/2 cup organic blueberries
I baked in oven at 350° for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam Coconut Oil Spray
She liked them today, but tomorrow may be another story. I’m sure this recipe isn’t an original. I found a similar one in my 21 Day Fix eating plan book.
